Good morning….

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas. Heck with all the snow we’ve gotten Santa is not going to have any troubles with his sleigh runners getting hot.

Today I get to start putting up some holiday goodies. Mike brought me home his village so I’m going to stick that in his cabinet he built me for Mother’s day. I’ll share later on what it looks like.

Then daddy and I went out and got our Christmas trees (for outside, we don’t put real larges ones up in the house) and I’ll get the daycare one set up so we can start making decorations for it. I also have the cutest little one for my table in the neatest container that Kim made me. I’ll share that later on too.

But first things first here. I’m going to my grandma’s to clean her rugs. They live on a farm and you know how rugs can get with the tracking in and all. So we’ll move some furniture and get them cleaned up. Then I’ll putz a bit this afternoon on my projects and then tonight Kim and I are hitting the town for Girls Night Out. I love going from shop to shop seeing what’s new, drooling over things I think I need to have and even picking up a little here and there. I am a napkin freak, I love pretty napkins so I’ll see what I can find for Christmas this year. I’m also looking for a few new tiny ornaments for the tree on my table. Just something sparkly. I’ll be making some too but it’s fun to look.

I plan on bringing my camera this year to share with you the wonderful little shops we have around here. If I can take pictures that is. It’s going to be a chilly night though, it’s only 7* right now with soon to be sunny skies. By tonight –5*, burr.

I hope that you all are having a great week. Mine is on the uphill swing now, it has to be I can’t handle any more stress right now so no choice. Cindy is doing better, a long ways to go but better. Family is hanging in there and doing what we can for each other. Daycare is doing the best it can so it can only get better. It’s Christmas time, how can it not!!!

Take care everyone, enjoy the lights, colors, smells and the big thing, the reason for the season, the Love of our Lord Jesus Christ. God Bless you all!!
